Stealthy assassin with shadow magic, siphoning, and burst damage. High skill ceiling for maximum output.

Overview

Nightblades are masters of stealth and shadow, capable of devastating burst damage and self-sustain through siphoning life from enemies. The most complex class to master, but in skilled hands they deal top-tier DPS in both PvE and PvP.

Strengths

  • +Highest single-target burst damage in PvP with stealth opener
  • +Top-tier DPS in skilled hands for PvE endgame
  • +Excellent self-sustain through Siphoning abilities
  • +Only class with true invisibility for stealth gameplay

Weaknesses

  • -Hardest class to master with the most punishing rotation
  • -Weak AoE damage compared to Sorcerer or Dragonknight
  • -Squishiest class with no shields or damage mitigation passives
  • -Healing and tanking roles are significantly weaker than dedicated classes

Tips & Tricks

  • 1Weave Surprise Attack between every skill for the armor debuff and off-balance.
  • 2Merciless Resolve bow proc is a huge chunk of DPS -- always keep it active.
  • 3Cloak (Shadowy Disguise) gives guaranteed critical hits from stealth in PvP.
  • 4Use Siphoning Attacks for sustain -- it restores resources on light/heavy attacks.
  • 5Incapacitating Strike ultimate is best for single-target execute phases.
