Description

A barrier healer that heals by dealing damage through Kardia. Sage wields floating nouliths and has the most modern, DPS-focused healer design in FFXIV.

Playstyle

Deal damage to heal. Kardia passively heals the tank while you DPS. Manage Addersgall for efficient healing. SGE feels closest to a DPS job among healers.

Rotation Overview

Maintain Eukrasian Dosis DoT. Spam Dosis for damage (triggers Kardia heal on tank). Use Addersgall heals (Druochole, Kerachole, Ixochole) as primary healing. Eukrasian Diagnosis/Prognosis for shields before busters.

Tips & Strategy

  • 1Kardia should always be on the main tank -- swap targets during tank swaps.

  • 4Pneuma is both damage and healing -- weave it during burst for maximum value.
