Daylight's Augury -- Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst DMG increased by 12%. After a Normal, Charged, Skill, or Burst hit, gain a stack of Ashen Nightstar. At 1/2/3/4 stacks, ATK is increased by 10/20/30/48%.

• Use all attack types to quickly build max stacks for 48% ATK
• Skill and Burst DMG bonus is always active -- good base increase
• CRIT Rate substat helps balance artifact builds
