Soldier's Syringe
Increases attack speed by 15%. One of the most universally useful white items, stacking Syringes dramatically increases DPS on every survivor. Essential for proc-based builds.
Paul's Goat Hoof
Increases movement speed by 14%. Mobility is survival in Risk of Rain 2, and Goat Hooves stack additively to keep you ahead of enemies in later stages.
Tougher Times
Gives a 15% chance to block incoming damage. Stacks hyperbolically, making it one of the best defensive items. Multiple stacks provide diminishing but still valuable protection.
Lens-Maker's Glasses
Increases critical strike chance by 10%. At 10 stacks, you have 100% crit chance, doubling your overall DPS. Essential for crit-based builds.
Crowbar

Hits up to 3 additional enemies for 80% total damage with a 25% chance on hit. Ukulele is a top-tier green item for clearing groups of enemies, especially on fast-attacking survivors.
Will-o'-the-wisp
On kill, spawns a lava pillar dealing 350% base damage. Creates devastating chain reactions when enemies die close together, making it one of the best AoE items in the game.
ATG Missile Mk. 1
On hit, 10% chance to fire a missile that deals 300% total damage. One of the highest-damage proc items in the game, devastating when stacked with attack speed.
Harvester's Scythe
Heals for 8 HP on critical strike. With 100% crit from Lens-Maker Glasses, this becomes a constant heal on every hit, providing incredible sustain.
Predatory Instincts
Critical strikes increase attack speed by 12% up to 3 stacks. With 100% crit, this provides a permanent 36% attack speed boost per Instincts stack.
Hopoo Feather
Grants one additional jump. Each stack adds another jump, providing exceptional vertical mobility and aerial dodge capability.
Alien Head
Reduces skill cooldowns by 25%. Multiplicatively stacks, allowing survivors to spam their abilities much more frequently. Incredible on cooldown-reliant survivors like Huntress and Captain.
Hardlight Afterburner
Adds 2 extra charges to your Utility skill. Massively increases mobility and survivability for survivors with strong utility moves like Mercenary and Loader.
Brilliant Behemoth
All attacks explode in a 4m radius for 60% total damage. Turns every attack into AoE, transforming single-target survivors into crowd-clearers.
Ceremonial Dagger
On kill, fires 3 homing daggers that deal 150% base damage each. Creates chain reactions as daggers kill more enemies, triggering more daggers.
57 Leaf Clover
All random effects are rolled one additional time for a favorable outcome. Effectively doubles your proc chances and makes every on-hit item significantly more reliable.
Shatterspleen
Critical strikes bleed enemies for 240% base damage. Bleeding enemies explode on death for 400% damage in a 16m radius. Replaces the need for Tri-Tip Daggers.
Shaped Glass
Doubles your base damage but halves your maximum health. A high-risk, high-reward lunar item that can trivialize early loops but becomes increasingly dangerous as enemy damage scales.
Transcendence
Converts all health into regenerating shields equal to maximum health plus 50%. Provides effective immortality against chip damage but makes you vulnerable to one-shot attacks.
Gesture of the Drowned
Reduces equipment cooldown by 50% but forces automatic activation. Combining this with Fuel Cells and the right equipment creates some of the most powerful builds in the game.
Visions of Heresy
Replaces your Primary skill with Hungering Gaze, which fires tracking shards that recharge over time. A significant change that works well on melee survivors who want a ranged option.
Needletick
Corrupts all Tri-Tip Daggers. 10% chance to collapse an enemy for 400% base damage. Collapse deals damage in a burst rather than over time, offering better burst than bleed.
Voidsent Flame
Corrupts all Will-o'-the-wisps. On hit, a void meteor falls dealing 260% damage in a massive area. Unlike Wisp, triggers on hit instead of on kill.
Pluripotent Larva
Corrupts all Dio Best Friends. On death, revive at the location of your last used void item with 3 seconds of invulnerability. Consumes one stack per use.
