Wukong Boss Guides
Detailed strategies for every boss in Black Myth: Wukong. Learn weaknesses, attack patterns, and how to defeat each encounter.
Chapter 1 (3)
Tiger Vanguard
A disciplined tiger warrior wielding dual blades. His attacks are fast but predictable. Learn his three-hit pattern, dodge behind him, and counter with Smash stance heavy attacks.
Elder Jinchi
A golden-armored cicada monk with slow but devastating ground pounds. His golden aura attacks deal massive AoE damage. Stay at mid-range and use Thrust stance between his slams.
Black Bear Guai
A massive bear yokai that enters a berserker rage at low health. Phase one is methodical, but phase two requires constant dodging. Use transformation when he enrages for a damage race.
Chapter 2 (3)
Yellow Wind Sage
The chapter boss who commands sandstorms and wind blades. His ranged attacks are devastating but he is weak up close. Rush in during wind channels and use Pillar stance combos.
Guangzhi
A corrupted Buddhist monk wielding a heavy staff. His attacks mirror the player moveset, making this a skill-check duel. Parry his overhead slams for massive counter-damage windows.
Guangmou
A hundred-eyed demon that fires tracking lasers from its many eyes. Destroy the floating eye minions to reduce incoming damage, then focus the main body during recharge phases.
Chapter 3 (2)
Non-pure Snow Evil
An ice yokai that freezes the arena and summons blizzards. Her ice clones explode on contact. Use fire-based spells and maintain aggressive pressure to prevent her from stacking ice debuffs.
Second Rat Prince
A cunning rat demon that burrows underground and ambushes from below. Leaves poison clouds that linger. Track his burrowing patterns and prepare heavy attacks for when he surfaces.
Chapter 4 (2)
Yellow-Robed Squire
A lightning-infused warrior clad in golden robes. His armor must be broken with sustained heavy attacks before he takes real damage. Avoid his chain lightning and ground electrification.
King of Flowing Sand
A desert monarch who controls sand and creates quicksand traps. The arena shifts constantly, limiting safe zones. Position on solid ground and punish his recovery after large sand waves.
